Students of Darshan Academy, Ambala, participated in the 1st Advocate Shri G.C.G Memorial Chess Championship held at Police DAV Public School. Three students — Seerat, Kanishk, and Raghav — represented the school in the Under-9 Mixed Category. Seerat secured the 4th position, Kanishk achieved the 8th position, and Raghav received a consolation prize for his exemplary performance. All three young players showcased significant focus, patience, and strategic thinking throughout the tournament. Their achievements made the academy proud and encouraged other students to participate in mind-sharpening games like chess.
