Darshan Academy, Ambala, celebrated Dussehra, the festival that signifies the triumph of good over evil, with great enthusiasm. The school organised a special event to educate students about this festival’s cultural and historical significance. The school premises were beautifully decorated with colourful streamers and pictures of Lord Rama. The school wore a festive look, setting the stage for the Dussehra festivities. The day began with a special assembly. One of the main attractions of the celebration was a simplified Ramlila performance by students. The students’ portrayal of the story of Lord Rama, Sita, and the defeat of Ravana and their dialogues added a touch of authenticity to the performance. Students engaged in arts and crafts activities, creating Dussehra-themed decorations, puppets, and drawings. Overall, the Dussehra celebration was a resounding success.
