As I have learnt in my spiritual classes a vegetarian diet provide us with recommended nutritional value food and I am also familiar with the adverse effects of non-vegetarian food. I am acquainted with the animalistic nature and behavioural changes seen in persons taking non-vegetarian food. This knowledge and effect of Meditation helped me to eat only a vegetarian diet and to stop eating non-vegetarian food.
