Darshan Academy, Ambala, organized an orientation programme for newly joined teachers in the presence of observers Mrs. Sunila Kaushal and Mr. Prem Kaushal. The programme began with an introduction to Darshan Academy and its values. Teachers learned about the benefits of meditation, Darshan Academy agreements, lesson planning, evaluation of the Spiritual Curriculum, and activity-based learning through the four learning styles. The sessions were informative and interactive. Teachers gained valuable knowledge and became familiar with Darshan Academy’s philosophy and educational approach. They learned a lot and felt motivated to apply these ideas in their classrooms.
